First Sign of Life

This miracle that Jesus performs at the wedding is a sign; there is a greater reality than merely the miracle. A sign that points forward to a greater reality about who Jesus is. Jesus displays that he is the one who takes our shame, cleanses us of our impurities and brings us overflowing joys. All of this is accomplished at the cross.
